Daniel Sullivan

CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER Read bio

Daniel has over 20 years’ experience in senior roles across technology commercialisation, consulting and international trade. Daniel is passionate about commercialising Australian-developed IP onto the global stage and sees an exciting opportunity in water as it digitally transforms. Daniel is a Director for the Australian Water Association, is a member of the RISE program’s advisory board and has an MBA from the Melbourne Business School.

Eamon Casey

TECHNICAL DIRECTOR Read bio

Eamon qualified with first class honours degree in civil engineering from University College Dublin in 1993 followed by a post graduate qualification in environmental engineering. He has 29 years of experience in the water & wastewater sector. Eamon held the role of Design Manager leading including oversight of the PenEco Pressure Sewer Scheme. Currently Eamon leads Iota’s Design Solutions team continuing to lead advances in pressure sewer.

Emma Milburn

MARKETING DIRECTOR Read bio

Emma joined Iota as the Marketing Director in December 2017. After graduating from the University of Leeds in the UK and moving to Australia, Emma worked for GE in a variety of roles across; Business Continuity Planning, Employee Experience, Project and Program Management and Strategic Marketing. Emma has held a position on the Australian Water Association YWP VIC Committee since July 2018.

Alice Wong

SENIOR LEGAL COUNSEL Read bio

Alice L Wong joined Iota as Senior Legal Counsel in January 2022, having worked across the Americas, Europe and APAC for over 20 years advising on contracts, IP, technology and compliance. Alice is excited to help Iota translate SE Water’s innovations to enable digital transformation within the global water industry. Alice is qualified to practice law in Australia, England & Wales, California, and to practice as a patent attorney in the US.

Sarah Tedesco

OPERATIONS DIRECTOR Read bio

Sarah Tedesco commenced as the Operations Director of Iota in February 2019 and brings a breadth of experience in commercialisation of IP, strategy and business design, organisational development, change management and governance. Over 20 years in consulting and executive positions, Sarah holds a Masters of Business and a Bachelor of Applied Science (Psychology) and has completed the Company Directors Course with the AICD.

Lisa Short

CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER Read bio

With over 20 years in senior accounting roles and a long tenure with South East Water, Lisa is the Iota CFO. With a passion for our digital vision, she has a drive for providing efficiencies through automation. Visibility over both Iota and South East Water finance teams provides her with a consistent and strong collaborative focus. Lisa holds a Bachelor of Business (Accounting and Business Law) and is a certified CPA.

PRODUCT MANAGER Read bio

Ash has over 10 years’ experience working in a multitude of customer centric management roles. Having a passion for delivering the right outcome, Ash will be a key driver in connecting stakeholders with IOTA’s innovative solutions. Built teams and service solutions from the ground up, he thrives off working in agile environments and surrounds himself in an evolution of continuous improvement. Ash holds a B.InfoTech with a Major of Computer Security.

Chris holds a Master of Business, a Bachelor of Science and Arts and is a certified CPA with over 15 years experience specialising in financial analysis and management. Chris is responsible for managing Iota’s internal reporting and helping shape Iota’s strategic direction. He is passionate about contributing to a business that has a positive environmental and social impact through bringing new solutions to market.

David Kretschmer

BIDS AND CONTRACTS MANAGER Read bio

David joined Iota as the Bid and Contract Manager in May 2021. David has extensive experience in the telecommunications, transport, electricity and water industries in Australia and overseas. His focus areas include design, procurement, project development and contract management. David is excited about the sustainability of the water industry, including bringing new innovative products to the wider marketplace and maintaining existing assets.

Kristal Woodhouse

PRIORITY PLUMBING MANAGER Read bio

Kristal has over 10 years’ experience in project and contractor management. She has managed large diverse teams within South East Water and Government Utilities. She brings a breadth of experience in the digital space implementing customer focussed strategies through innovation and technology. She is excited to bring understanding of field operations into the office space and how we can work better together for the business and customers.

Maksym Galemin

PRINCIPAL SOFTWARE ENGINEER Read bio

Maksym joined Iota in May 2017 as a Software Engineer after working on the OneBox project for more than 4 years. Maksym brings a passion for embedded IoT design and developing innovative IoT devices for Iota's customers. Maksym has a deep understanding of the OneBox Low Pressure Sewer Controller’s firmware and software.

Natalie Tavoletti

Natalie joined the team in November 2021 as Iota’s Executive Officer. She brings with her five years’ of executive assistant experience working with Finance, Marketing and IT teams on a number of financial governance and system projects. She is passionate about supporting the Iota team and developing initiatives to streamline standard processes. Natalie holds a Bachelor of Arts (Psychology) and a Graduate Diploma of Coaching and Counselling.

Lisa Giovanetti

MANAGEMENT ACCOUNTANT Read bio

Lisa brings a strong background in finance with over 20 years’ experience. Lisa has worked in a number of roles at South East Water before moving to Iota. Lisa is a long-time member of the Institute of Professional Accountants with an Accounting degree from the University of New England.

Nino is a Software Technical Specialist with more than six years of experience in conceptualisation and development of microcontroller based solutions. He has experience in developing embedded software for medical equipment and products in Internet of Things (IoT) for different organisations. He is passionate about innovation to bring a product from concept to reality utilising connected devices and solutions to shape a sustainable planet.

Sarah joined the Iota team in March 2020 as Product Manager to facilitate the continued commercialisation journey of Iota’s suite of water industry solutions. Sarah founded and successful ran an AgTech hardware start up. Sarah a lifelong passion for user centric product development and commercialisation practices. Sarah brings to Iota her past learnings to bear in the support of a sustainable future water industry for all.

Warly joined Iota as Logistics and Distribution Manager before taking on the role of Customer and Project Delivery Manager. Warly graduated with BS in Business Management from the University of the Philippines, bringing with him over 20 years’ experience in manufacturing and commercial industries in Asia and Australia in the fields of marketing management, project development, production operations management and logistics management.

As Corporate Secretary, Tristram brings over 15 years of experience across governance, risk and compliance. Having worked across consulting, banking and utilities locally and abroad, Tristram has unique commercial insights balanced with a strong focus on governance. With a collaborative and team-minded approach, Tristram also leads South East Water’s legal and governance function. Tristram holds a Bachelor of Commerce, Bachelor of Information Systems and a Master of Applied Finance.

Ash is an executive strategist with a passion for commercialisation of future technologies and championing the case for change for all things digital. He has led multiple enterprise technology and digital strategies, investment and growth plans, and architecting emerging platforms that have transformed customer experience and operational excellence across several global blue chip companies.

With over 15 years of experience across tier one management consulting (Deloitte and IBM) and large scale global manufacturing, Ash has established a track record of providing strategic direction to CXOs and board of directors across the energy, utilities and transport sectors.

Currently Ash is focused on commercialisation of an enterprise-IoT platform built from the ground up with the aim to empower digitisation of global water infrastructure and services.
